For our international travelers, we can provide the necessary visa application forms for any country. Whether it is in the USA or abroad, we can also arrange VIP services, limousine services, train reservations, meet and greet services, translators, interpreters, and tour guides.

24 Hour Emergency Travel Service:

Outside regular office hours, we can process your last minute reservations and changes to existing reservations through the Travel Emergency System (TESS). An experienced travel agent is available through this toll-free hotline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All your transactions with TESS will be reported to the Nippon Express Travel office and they will go to your companies monthly report. You are never with out help.

Document Delivery:

When all the details of your travel arrangements are complete, the necessary travel documents, such as airline tickets, hotel vouchers and rent-a-car vouchers will be delivered to you. Each of the Nippon Express Travel offices can deliver documents to you in a timely manner. Travel documents can be delivered locally within a few hours after your reservations are made. Each office utilizes the most reliable express mail courier available in the area.

We can install a Satellite Ticket Printer (STP) so that an airline ticket is actually printed in your company office within minutes of the completion of your airline reservation. Nippon Express Travel is one of the first travel companies to adopt this technology in the U.S.
